<p>Fully Automatic Slitter Re winder.This is one complete Machine line that consists of :</p><p>Lemu Roll Wrapper with Flexographic Unit:</p><p>Unwinder with integrated disc brake and pad grippers.<br>Electronic tape guide to maintain paper alignment.<br>Integrated flexographic printing unit with water-based, air-dried ink, allowing control of the <br>length, position, and placement of the printed strip.<br>Integrated barcode reader for reading printed codes (if present) in conjunction with a Windows <br>computer and specific software.<br>The machine is equipped with an automatic core changer, allowing it to work with different <br>formats by adjusting the blade position, pressure, roll length in meters, and roll length by counting <br>notches or measuring the final roll diameter. Once the wrapping cycle is complete, a cross-cut is <br>performed, followed by gluing the end of the roll and automatic ejection. Maximum wrapping <br>speed of 700 m/min with optional automatic cycles: continuous loading, winding, cutting, and <br>ejection.
