* 1.125" tall die holders x 2.5" transfer - center distance
* 12 Kick up Plunger Friction Assemblies - new hardware
* 2" total Stroke of Ram Plungers - a little short for a 1012 but this is a speedy accurate press for parts under .90" tall..
* Serial No. ST237383 55 237975
* Press has flywheel cover not shown. Off during refurbishment.
* Ross duel safety solenoid valve - old but working.
* Waterbury spring loaded fork elevator type strippers (off press for rebuild now).
* Clutch is good and we have not disassembled it or refurbished it.
* Controls are 1980 vintage. Working but just ok.
We could rebuild the clutch - New O-Rings, Seals, Springs, Rotary Union, check friction material, literally put most of it in a dip tank and clean it all up. Paint. Could reline if pads are worn or replace. Service whole clutch professionally so it is good for another 10 years. Would charge $500 to disassemble and diagnose and then quote any parts or labor it needs.
Electrical - Can replace all the electrical to your specs or do it like all the other eyelet guys around here do it. Would quote but probably $10k for new controls. Those guys think think they are NYC Lawyers.
This press was built as a higher speed 1012 model. The pressing cams are the faster speed type and bolted together for a solid top shaft set up. The plungers don't have keys and goose rods so they won't come out of adjustment at speed. The roller boxes don't go up and down and therefore make less noise and are more accurate.
Press could be demonstrated on our shop floor. Come look at it. Excellent specimen.
Price listed is for a finished refurb as described - will finish the plunger install. Will paint press when done. Does not include clutch work, controls work or any added parts. Press will be running with existing controls and systems unless buyer wants other work done.
