<p>This fully equipped mobile natural gas hot water boiler room trailer is completely piped, wired, and ready to run upon arrival to a site.</p>

<p>Boiler room is contained in a 2019 model year Look St.Deluxe, 7-feet wide X 16-feet long, aluminum body, double-axle trailer with side hand-door and rear double door entries. Interior ceiling height is 78 inches. Trailer is in excellent condition. Tires are in brand-new condition.</p>

<p>Current owner built this boiler room trailer to provide temporary heat for a large boiler project which involved our removing and replacing approximately 20 boilers for a large apartment building complex in Connecticut 2 ½ years ago. It was used for just this one project. We kept the trailer after that job was completed with the thought that we might have further use for it for other projects; but that need never materialized. We are now looking to sell it to free up space in the yard at our facility.</p>
