This is a nice mill. It has a small story. The video of it is in my repair shop / warehouse. An old timer retired who had a rent and I took a bunch on consignment. I sold it all piece by piece including this mill. A group of college kids bought it 2-3 years ago for a Maker Space robotics lab in the area. They were all in their 20’s-30’s making robots for competitions. They had some grant money and a local industrial millionaire gave them about 3k sqft to put the lab in. Then everything went to shit on them. The millionaire sold the building like 18 months later and the grant money ran out. The guys called me to sell the mill. I think half of them fell in love in the meantime and that will kill all your free time at 26 years old..

The guys updated the controller software on the mill in the first month. They went through the mill and updated the backlash compensation. They paid $9900 for it and are trying to get most of their money back but make an offer.
